UNC Associate Professor, David Garcia to Speak at GTCC

Celebrate International Week, Nov. 20, with a lunch-time lecture and concert featuring UNC Associate Professor David Garcia and local salsa musicians. will look at the ways in which Berlin—given its current status as the center of political and economic power as well as cultural innovation—navigates the complexities of its past by framing itself as a city of the future.
